Colleen Stanley is president of SalesLeadership, Inc., a sales development firm that helps sales organizations integrate emotional intelligence skills and consultative selling skills into their sales and leadership processes. She is the author of two books, Emotional Intelligence For Sales Success, now published in eight languages, and Emotional Intelligence For Sales Leadership, now published in three languages. Salesforce named Colleen one of the top seven sales influencers of the 21st century. She has also been named one of the Top 50 Sales & Marketing Influencers and Top 30 Global Sales Gurus. Prior to starting SalesLeadership, Colleen was Vice-President of Sales for Varsity Spirit Corporation. Forbes magazine named Varsity as one of the fastest 200 growing companies in the United States. Clients include Harvard Business Review Poland, IBM, PCL Construction, Gallagher, Otterbox, HomeAdvisor, Bosch Rexroth and Pegasystems. When Colleen isn’t teaching or speaking, she enjoys living in the foothills of Colorado with her husband Jim where they are fortunate to take advantage of the great outdoors.
