Karen Chiang is a co-founder and managing partner of Ibbaka Performance Inc. Ibbaka is a company specializing in helping B2B SaaS to drive growth by positioning on value to optimize price. Karen has been driving the need to recognize not only economic value drivers but also the need to account for the importance of both emotional and community value. She is very much interested in how companies incorporate sales, product, or service-led growth models. With extensive experience growing technology product and service businesses at all levels of scale and maturity, Karen promotes a value-based approach to drive differentiation and price.

Karen leads workshops on pricing and investment across North America and has contributed several important innovations to pricing best practices. As an angel investor and entrepreneur, she is happy to apply her pricing insights to due diligence projects and helps executives understand the link between value, price, growth, and company valuation.
