Troy has worked in the senior living technology sector for over 24 years. He was one of the founding leaders of Vigil in 1998. Initially as CFO, then COO and for the last 18 years President and CEO, he has been committed to finding ways to provide purpose-built technology to the senior living industry. Surrounded by a team of dedicated, caring, and smart innovators, Troy has been able to constantly drive improvements and major developments in the company’s technology. He understands the desire for senior living developers and operators to adopt innovative technology while under tight budgets and operational deliverables.
